Policies

All items are created and handmade by me. ( Please note that no 2 handmade items are 100% same.)
Please double check all information during checkout. Changes are only available if production hasn’t started on your order.

Shipping

I ship within 3 -5 business days after the payment has been cleared – If you need your item(s) sooner, please check with me before you place the order.
Please double and triple check your address during purchase. Once your shipping label is printed, you are unable to change your address and the package will be mailed to the address submitted. If it is delivered to the wrong address or undelivered due to wrong address, the package will be reshipped only at the buyer’s cost. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS.
All items will be shipped via USPS with tracking. Items under 13 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and all items over 13 oz have to be shipped via Priority Mail. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO ADDRESS ON INVOICE. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout.

International Customers

I am currently only shipping with the UNITED STATES but when I decided to ship international,

*All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms – no exceptions.
*Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
*Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We won’t under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to request changes to your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase. If the item has already gone into production, no changes can be made.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must request cancellation WITHIN 24 HOURS of purchase. If your order is already is the production period, I will not be able to process a cancellation and issue a refund.

Refund and Exchange

All items are made to order, to your specifications in terms of color, personalization, etc. Due to this high level of customization with every single order, all sales are final. Items are not returnable or refundable. If there is an issue with your item, notification must be made WITHIN 48 hours of receipt of the order. ** If there was an error on my part, a picture will be requested for verification and then item will be replaced ASAP**
